Any chance you've sold other plumbed in machines in New York (specifically Manhattan)...so you know what company/plumber etc they used to install the machine? Or could you help me find out...sorry for the trouble, but I have called a half a dozen plumbers and none really know espresso machines. Wondering if your other customers in New York might be a source of info.
