If ask me whether you should buy our machine or the other one...

quite often prospective customers contact me and say they are considering one of our machines against another machine

they really cant decide and ask which one would i suggest they go for?

they seem surprised when i always say the 'other one'; because whatever the 'other one' is, i will always say the 'other one'

why?

1.  i will never talk anyone into one of our machines

2.  if our offer seems similar to another machine on the market then we have failed to adequately communicate our point of difference and for that reason alone you should purchase the 'other one'

3.  secondly, it is win-win.  if you purchase the 'other one' and you like it, you are happy with your decision and happy with my advice.  if you purchase the 'other one' and you are unhappy with it you can dispose of it and re-evaluate

what i want to avoid at all costs is telling someone to buy our machine and then they are forever looking over the fence wondering if they would be happier with 'the other' machine.  if you harbour even the slightest thought of buying another machine you should buy it.  we will still be here next time you have occasion to purchase an espresso machine; there is no rush

many people like to have lots of parameters to play with on their espresso machine; again, if this is the case please dont contact me asking me to explain how our machine can be any good if it doesnt have any knobs & dials to play with; we simply dont make a product that meets your needs and that too is win-win.  further along your espresso journey your needs may evolve; thats fine too, we'll still be here

kind regards

reiss.
