at the time of writing, all the orders we have for parts and L1 are up to date - i.e. they are awaiting collection by DHL this afternoon

i can see from the DHL tracking that some machines that were despatched yesterday have already been signed for by their owners, so a very pleasing conclusion to the year to get these out before xmas

we look forward to 2017 with excitement as we begin work on the development of our all new compact lever in January; this project is expected to run for the duration of 2017 as machine tooling for the group soaks up whole weeks, 16 at a time

we also have a raft of improvements to release to our website, with a new team of developers on board to help us.  admittedly many of these developments are not customer facing, but rather to automate our back office processes so that more of my time is freed up for customer facing activities as the business continues to grow

2016 will be remembered as the year we got to the bottom of our piston seal issues, and if you have not already fitted a set of our high performance piston seals to your LONDINIUM lever espresso machine i would urge you to do so; it is easily the most significant upgrade we have announced since the very first production LONDINIUM I rolled off the line more than four years ago
