Hi Reiss, I promised to write a small experience for your blog. This is my short version/ route to the L1.

I was looking for a more rounded taste in my espresso. I saw all new machines coming, one even more fancy than the other. They all tried to simulate a lever machine and I was intrigued, but the machines are complex with never ending variables. The more I looked in to them the more I realized it wasn't for me.

I was looking for more simplicity, to be more in control, instead of programming a box, more like an 'old' manual camera. Then I saw a picture of a Londinium, what a beautiful machine. I googled and read, a lot...
But I never saw one in real life nor had I a spoken to an owner. Then I came across a very kind owner who invited me to try the machine for myself. I was in love immediately, I had found what I was looking for, a very smooth espresso, without being dull.

Ordered the L1 the next day :-)
