Freezing coffee beans

Many of our most demanding customers freeze their beans, which gives them access to Londinium Espresso at much better prices and the delivery cost per bag becomes insignificant with a larger order.

Our only comment is ensure that you place the beans in the freezer the moment they arrive (a freezer won't 'unstale' coffee that has become stale), and once you take a bag of Londinium Espresso from the freezer do not return it to the freezer; once opened the bag must be kept at room temperature

One final note, the colder your freezer the longer your beans will keep fresh.  -50F is the ideal, but somewhat beyond the reach of most domestic freezers
