Hi Reiss,

after approx. 30 shots over the weekend (we had a birthday, family was around) I am able to share some initial observations.
I believe that the Londinium I is defining a new level within its peer-groug, the Strega & Co. can't compete with it. I had them
all and I think it is fair to say that the Londinium I will lead the way.

If I compare the Londinium with the Idro and I am not sure to compare a EUR 1.7k machine to the EUR 10k Idro - but if you
do so (and yes, I have the latest version incl. double spring), I don't believe that any lever machine could beat the Idro.
The extraction process is so smooth, even and consistent - it is hard to compete.

However, I have disassembled the Idro today and the Londinium I is my new machine for everyday use.

Best,
-Malte

Hi Reiss,

yes, went through the unboxing ceremony yesterday evening - everything well received, the packaging is rock solid. Had a first Cappucino this morning, it needs are more coarse grind on the Versalab than the Idro. More to follow, I am very pleased with the build quality.

Best,
