LR to R24 upgrade kit

This kit turns your LR into an R24, completely.  Now includes a new manifold mounted to a new water box carrier, complete with new non return valve and new expansion valve mounted in the manifold

This means that the only thing you should be expecting to replace having installed the kit is a new set of piston seals

Customers fitting this kit to date have often been surprised to find the pump pulsing, but this is a reality when installing this kit into a machine that is several years old.  The R24 typically runs higher pre-infusion pressures than an LR with a damaged pump did and as a result seals and valves that are more than a year old have hardened with heat and taken up a 'set'.  The installation of this kit then causes them to leak, and as a result the pump pulses (whenever the set pressure is greater than the read pressure)

To address this we have decided to add a complete manifold already mounted on the water box carrier with the pressure hose from the pump already connected to the manifold along with the pressure transducer.  In this way we have significantly simplified the installation process for you
