Modern lever group (not Vectis) no grease piston seal set, machined

We offer these machined no grease piston seals for three specific use cases

(i) L1(2012-16) machines that pre infuse at boiler pressure, which flares the seal less as the pressure is lower

(ii) legacy machines that have had a lot of silicone grease with ptfe pumped into them over time, such as Loxeal no.4 grease or Superlube with PTFE.  PTFE causes EPDM seals to grab, often resulting in the seal leaking if the lip of the seal is rolled.  the closer fit of the machined seals over comes this issue

(iiI) any application where the maximum service interval is desired. based on all the testing we have performed over the last few years the machined seals have a considerably longer service life

As you will appreciate machined seals are many times more expensive than moulded seals as it takes much more time to make each seal

Londinium no grease seals offer a long service life and your shower screens will not foul with grease, resulting in a much better extraction

This kit contains three londinium piston seals, machined from white FDA certified EPDM

These seals ship from New Zealand by standard air mail in a bubble envelope which you can expect it to take about 3 weeks to get to Europe

With no grease seals do not pull the lever arm unless the machine is turned on.  When the machine is turned off there is no water in the group to lubricate these seals
