24VDC rotary pump for R24

Fluid-o-tech 24VDC pump for the R24.  I am only having to add this product to the website more than 5 years after we launched the R24 because we've never had this pump fail in or our of warranty, and on this occasion my belief is it is the result of the machine being run on Third Wave Water crystals which we do not recommend because unless every lass crystal is dissolved every time you make up a tank full you run the risk of stripping the seals on the pump, the solenoid, the non return valve, and anything else in the water path inside the R24

i recommend that you replace the braided stainless steel pressure hose on the outlet side of the pump at the same time as the hose underneath the stainless steel wire braid is rubber and with time and loading it fails, or at least order the part so you have it on hand when it does fail
