I’ve been reviewing options for a big lever and ruled out Profitec b/c of overheating issues. I’ve seen relatively little chatter about the Izzo other than it is stable, plumbable, big boiler, and people seem to love it.
How can it be compared to the londinium? I don’t need a tank to operate and generally use only traditional italian style roasts (no light roasts really). Both seem to be excellent... are there pros/cons for a US buyer?
