The espazzola group cleaning tool was recently released in black, in addition to the original red
We made the decision to change from red to black as we are too small an organisation to jusitfy holding stock of both
We have this week run out of the red espazzola and are now supplying the black espazzola
In all other respects it is the same product
a long night, but we're done. thank you for your understanding, it wasnt in the plan to have a delay from a supplier on the wire. we now have good numbers of both of these items in stock.
i have booked out 16 orders that were awaiting tools and there remain 16 still to send, my expectation being that these will be ready to send out later today
again, i apologise for the unforeseen delay on the arrival of the fine wire for these, but i think it will be worth the wait
reiss.
i would have commenced booking the back orders out already, but i want to check with the factory that they are in a position to ship all of these orders today
i expect to start booking out around 10:00 Weds UK time today and be working away at it for some hours
i have also been informed that the in-house produced funnels are back from the polishers and also ready for despatch
its looking like a busy night, but im lookign forward to closing the open orders and getting your products heading to you
kind regards

in this case a guy from the States thought he had scale in his machine as the brew temp was low
but there was no indication of scale in his machine or elsewhere in his house
he had normal boiler pressure indicated and no visible or audible leaks and plenty of hot water from the hot water tap
it could only be the piston seals (which were the original ones from 2014 i believe) allowing air into the thermosiphon, which will dramatically impair the efficiency of the thermosiphon and as a result the group will run noticably cool - unlike a dipper the group is not mounted on the boiler so the thermosiphon is what regulateds the group temperature - a compromised thermosiphon means a compromised group
this is his reply -
Hello Reiss,
Remarkable. Machine making perfect espresso and Americanos. Water hot like I bought L1 yesterday.
Now I will replace seals annually. Will not bother you anymore. I have owned approx. 7 high end espresso machines and this one is by far the best. Would gladly buy again and if I live long enough I will do so.
Best, Max Zupon.
So new i have not received one to photograph yet, but if you order a safety valve from now on this is what you will be sent
A refinement on the previous design which has been in use for a very long time
We think you will enjoy it if you had issues with the previous design
You can find it here in our webstore
i cant remember exactly when we started fitting this new diffuser to the water tap, but my recollection is that certainly all the machines we have despatched in 2017 have it fitted as standard
if you have an earlier machine you may prefer this 'softer' more aerated nozzle
you can find it here in our store
this is the reply i have received to my email just now (morning of weds 1 nov):
Good morning Reiss,
I have just spoken to the company about the springs. They are doing them as we speak with a view to delivering late this afternoon or 1st thing in the morning latest which gives us Thursday to get some made. So all going well, you can have some Friday.
Grinders have been delayed due to Compak being behind schedule.
The Compak E5`s will be despatched next week for delivery the week after. End of WK46 we should have them on our shelves.
The R120 is expected to be ready by Nov 22nd. I have requested they tell us when it is ready and they can ship straight to your customer.
Hope this info helps.
Kind regards
Hi Reiss,
The last update from Jack was that they should be here today.
I have not received them as of yet.
Kind regards

please familiarise yourself with it
check that a 30mm length of silicone tubing has been fitted to one of the water level sensors in the bottom of the water tank - this ensures that the pump can never drain the tank and run dry
in particular note to prime the pump before fitting the water softening filter, and to soak the water filter inverted for 30 minutes to drive out the air before fitting
you only need to use the water filter if you have hard water and have decided to use it as your method of softening the water
turn the rotary pump off if there is not an audible change to a deeper tone, indicating that it has started pulling water, after 10 seconds of operation otherwise it is at risk of being damaged irrepairably
you will need to be a machine owner and be logged in to access this area
i still need to add some images, but the text is much improved
as always, if you have any questions please contact us
