The current stock of this coffee is, unfortunately, quite different from what we have received previously. Specifically it exhibits a lot more acidity, giving it a less distinctive taste and leaving it tasting a little too much like any other central American coffee. We have shifted it from espresso to filter. We're not saying it's bad, it just isnt silky smooth in the way that made it so unique in the past. We will try to source a Mexican coffee that we can roast into a silky smooth espresso, as we have offered in the past, when we come to restock. 100% arabica beans, single origin

To enjoy our coffee at its optimum we recommend that you do not open the bag for 7-10 days after the roast date.
This works well for our international customers as the coffee improves on the journey, arriving in places as far away as New Zealand 7-10 days after roasting in peak condition.
