Londinium coffee roasters
LONDINIUM I
This is the machine we looked high and low for and couldn't buy. So we made it. A commercial lever machine for evaluating espresso roasts accurately, consistently, and easily, yet with a radically reduced form factor so it blends nicely into a domestic kitchen rather than completely dominating the space as commercial lever machines do
LONDINIUM I is designed to be on all day, every day, yet it maintains the correct idle temperature when a shot is not drawn for many hours. The 7Kg commercial lever group is guaranteed to be ready to use in less than 12 minutes from a cold start
No cooling shots, no warming shots, no back-flushing; just pull & go. Texture the milk in seconds, even before the espresso has finished being drawn, with the 2850W element. Pair it with a good grinder and espresso excellence is assured
LONDINIUM I is also ideal for low volume commercial applications such as coffee roasters, bars, hairdressers, restaurants, etc

Every bag of Londinium coffee declares the roast date.
To enjoy our coffee at its optimum we recommend that you do not open the bag for 7-10 days after the roast date.
This works well for our international customers as the coffee improves on the journey, arriving in places as far away as New Zealand 7-10 days after roasting in peak condition.
If you are looking for a particular coffee get in touch & we will endeavour to locate it for you.
