This is the answer if you need one roast that does everything. It is surprisingly difficult to find a single origin coffee that has this capability. We think its versatility will exceed your wildest dreams. This is a single origin coffee that is uniquely suitable for filter, vacuum, espresso, latte, & cappuccino.
When extracted to perfection this coffee exhibits a superb hint of almonds, without being intrusive or over-bearing.
If you are new to single origin coffee and unsure which one to choose I would recommend you start with this coffee as it appeals to a broad range of tastes, being well balanced rather than extreme in any respect.
We now roast this coffee fractionally darker (+2F) to round off the acidity and caramelise the fructose a little more

To enjoy our coffee at its optimum we recommend that you do not open the bag for 7-10 days after the roast date.
This works well for our international customers as the coffee improves on the journey, arriving in places as far away as New Zealand 7-10 days after roasting in peak condition.
