Teres
Teres is Latin for 'polished smooth', and so we quickly settled on it as an accurate and fitting description for our blend of Costa Rican (only ever arabica) and Indian robusta. Whilst we have wrung maximum performance from our 100% arabica Costa Rican offerings with very elegant notes, over time we have come to consider that the roast is slightly too 'thin', lacking some mouthfeel and not lingering long enough on the palate after you have finished the shot.
This Teres blend takes our Costa Rican to the next level. We have blended 9 parts of Costa Rican to 1 part Indian cherry robusta. The robusta brings weight to the mouthfeel, it brings a density to the cup, and a wonderful after taste that lingers on and on. Those of you who are used to our Costa Rican will notice that the Teres blend really has been polished smooth, yet at the same time it has a lot more presence after the shot has been consumed.

Every bag of Londinium coffee declares the roast date.
To enjoy our coffee at its optimum we recommend that you do not open the bag for 7-10 days after the roast date.
This works well for our international customers as the coffee improves on the journey, arriving in places as far away as New Zealand 7-10 days after roasting in peak condition.
