Delivery policy
We value your custom and endeavour to process your order within 48 hours of receiving it. On occasions this will not be possible and we will advise you when this is the case.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. If you do not receive this email please contact us immediately. We will send another email when we ship your order.
If your order is time critical please contact us prior to placing your order and we will endeavour to meet your request if at all possible.
In the event of an unforeseen delay we will advise you immediately by email.
Our delivery charges are based on the weight of your order and are clearly visible before you have to complete your order.
Please note that the shipping charges are based on the gross weight of the package, whereas our coffee is sold by net weight.
UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Parcel Force for heavier items. A signature may be required. Standard U.K. delivery (please allow 3 -4 days). Espresso machines and grinders will be sent by courier with full track and trace facilities and insured. A signature will always be required for such items.
Europe
Delivery is either via Royal Mail airmail or via courier. A signature may be required on delivery. Please allow up to 7 days to receive your order. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
USA and Canada
Delivery is via Royal Mail airmail or courier. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. Please allow up to 10 days. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. VAT is not charged on overseas deliveries. The UK 15.0% VAT is automatically deducted from the price.
Rest of World

We ship worldwide, so if the shipping charge for you country does not appear please contact us and we will add your country to our list of shipping charges.
