Cancellation policy
If you make a mistake when ordering please call us immediately and we will amend your order, or if you prefer we can cancel it.
If the goods reach you and there are indications that the packet is no longer sealed please contact us immediately. Under no circumstances should you use the coffee if there is any indication that the package is not sealed.
If on drinking your first cup of coffee you are not satisfied with the product for any reason please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements for the product to be replaced or refund your money
